In order to use your downloaded software, you will need your serial number, which will be sent to the e-mail address on your order. If you need your software resent to you in the future, it will also be sent to this e-mail address. Please make sure you use a valid e-mail address that can accommodate the file size of the software you are purchasing. File sizes are shown on the order form where you will enter your e-mail address. If you do not receive an e-mail from us after placing your order, you may wish to check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder in case your confirmation has been incorrectly filed by your mail server or spam filter as unsolicited e-mail. The software is compressed as a ZIP file. The manual for the software is included electronically in the download as a PDF file. If You Are Purchasing DiskWarrior All online orders will be shipped a DiskWarrior CD via US Mail. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery of your CD. The current version of DiskWarrior 4 is version 4.1, which ships on a Mac OS X startup CD. DiskWarrior 4 requires that you start up in Mac OS X v 10.3.9 through 10.5.x. If you have older PowerPC-based Macs that are not capable of running Mac OS X, please contact our Sales Department for DiskWarrior version 2.1, which runs and installs on a 68020 Mac or better when started from Mac OS 7.1 to 9.x. Note: DiskWarrior CD revision 42 is now shipping with DiskWarrior 4 version 4.1. All Intel and PPC Mac models introduced as of 11/01/2007 and meeting the system requirements for DiskWarrior can be started from the DiskWarrior CD. The current DiskWarrior CD cannot start up the new Mac Pro and Xserve models introduced on 01/08/2008, the MacBook Air introduced on 01/15/2008, the MacBook/MacBook Pro models introduced on 02/26/2008, or the iMac models introduced on 04/28/2008. An updated disc that will also start up these recent Mac models will be released as soon as Apple, Inc. releases new startup files to Alsoft, Inc. and other developers.
