Terms of Sale:

• You may install and/or run the software on only one computer at a time but you may install and/or run the software on any computer owned by you. To install and/or run the software on more than one computer at a time, you will need a separately purchased copy of the software for each of those computers.
• You must accept the terms of the Alsoft License Agreement.
• All sales are final.

In order to use your downloaded software, you will need your serial number, which will be sent to the e-mail address on your order. If you need your software resent to you in the future, it will also be sent to this e-mail address.

Please make sure you use a valid e-mail address that can accommodate the file size of the software you are purchasing. File sizes are shown on the order form where you will enter your e-mail address.

If you do not receive an e-mail from us after placing your order, you may wish to check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder in case your confirmation has been incorrectly filed by your mail server or spam filter as unsolicited e-mail.

The software is compressed as a ZIP file. The manual for the software is included electronically in the download as a PDF file.

If You Are Purchasing DiskWarrior
Repairing your usual startup disk requires that you start up from another disk. In order to use the download copy of DiskWarrior, you will need to start up from another disk with Mac OS X 10.3.9 through 10.6.x installed. You will then need to run a copy of DiskWarrior from a disk that is not the disk you are repairing. (The DiskWarrior download does not include the Apple System files necessary to create a startup disc.) If you cannot use the download version of the software (i.e. you have only one internal hard drive and this is the drive you wish to repair), please order directly from our sales department or from one of our resellers to be sent the software on DVD. If you order via the secure server, you will be sent a DVD, but delivery of your DVD will take approximately one to two weeks, depending on your location.

All online orders will be shipped a DiskWarrior DVD via US Mail. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery of your DVD.

The current version of DiskWarrior 4 is version 4.2, which ships on a Mac OS X startup DVD. DiskWarrior 4 requires that you start up in Mac OS X v 10.3.9 through 10.6.x. If you have older PowerPC-based Macs that are not capable of running Mac OS X, please contact our Technical Support Department for DiskWarrior version 2.1, which runs and installs on a 68020 Mac or better when started from Mac OS 7.1 to 9.x.

DiskWarrior 4 version 4.2 is available, by request, on CD for old Macs that do not have DVD drives. However, these CDs cannot start up any currently shipping Macs models and can only be obtained by first contacting our Technical Support Department.

Note: DiskWarrior DVD revision 1001 is now shipping with DiskWarrior 4 version 4.2. All Intel and PPC Mac models meeting the system requirements for DiskWarrior can be started from the DiskWarrior DVD. The current DiskWarrior DVD cannot start up the new iMac Quad-Core (introduced October 20, 2009), the new MacBook Pros (introduced April 13, 2010) or the new Mac Mini models (introduced June 15, 2010). An updated disc that will also start up these recent Mac models will be released as soon as Apple, Inc. releases new startup files to Alsoft, Inc. and other developers. If You Are Purchasing MasterJuggler
MasterJuggler 3 requires Mac OS X 10.1 or later (Mac OS X 10.2 or later recommended). If you are running Mac OS 9.x or earlier, please contact our Sales Department to purchase MasterJuggler Pro 2.1.1.
